2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use Metryc in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the service or interfere with others.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant Metryc a limited license to use it to operate the service.
5. Third-party services and connected accounts
Metryc lets you optionally connect third-party accounts, such as Google (including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Gmail). By connecting an account, you authorize Metryc to access and use data from that account on your behalf, solely to provide the features you request. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for having the rights to connect it. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect a connected account at any time from within Metryc or from the third-party service's account settings. Metryc is not responsible for third-party services or for changes to their availability.
6. Health and fitness
Metryc provides informational guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a professional before making health changes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
8. Disclaimers
Metryc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metryc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post updates on this page.
