Delete your Metryc account

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address associated with your account at contact@metryc.ai.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Metryc Coach account” and tell us whether your account is for Metryc, Metryc Coach, or both.
3. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never send us your password.

What will be deleted

After we verify your request, we permanently delete your account, profile information, authentication credentials, workspace data, messages, plans, workouts, nutrition records, forms, calendar information, uploaded files, device registrations, preferences, and stored credentials for connected services that are associated with your account.

Deletion cannot be undone. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when the process is complete.

Subscriptions

If you have an active Metryc Coach subscription, mention it in your request so we can help cancel it. You can also cancel it before deletion from Metryc Coach on the web under Settings, Billing, then Manage subscription.

Limited information we may retain

We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or security records only when required for legal or legitimate compliance purposes, and only for the applicable required period. Financial records may need to be retained for up to seven years. De-identified operational records that no longer identify you may also remain. Retained information is not used to continue providing or marketing the service to you.
